~Recbecca Caudill website summary
The purpose of this blog is for Lincoln Jr. High students to post their opinions of this year's Rebecca Caudill nominees. This year's list has been a hot source for our school's silent reading this year, and we want every student's opinion on these books. As you read through this year's list, please share with your fellow classmates and peers what you thought of the text. Don't give away the plot, just let us know what was so great or not so hot about your read. Enjoy, and keep on reading!!!

This was a quick read that still gave a lot of information about a subject I'm very interested in. It is really appropriate for all ages. I enjoyed the book and then shared it with my children. I thought it was a way to introduce the topic without being too graphic about the horrors that occured. I recommend this book to anyone who has ever really wanted to do something, even though your parents tell you no!
this is a story about a boy named Palo. one day Palo ask's all these questions so his mother shows him his dad's violin. this is a very good book. I reccommend this book to anyone who likes music and violins!! -Alex
